I know this is no doubt wishful thinking, but I sincerely hope that this coming windfall of cash for all of us will lead to a burst of economic good times for our area!   I remember how good it was for local businesses when Weirton Steel paid our "vacation pay".   What do you think?  Will it help us locally?  Will some small businesses get started by this?
