In order to avoid large crowds, Chesapeake has asked us to use the following schedule for the signing.  Your scheduled time is based upon the first letter in your last name.  If your property has multiple owners with different last names, all parties should arrive at the time designated for the last name of the contact person you provided for the property.  You should arrive at the beginning of the time period allotted for your signing.  The signing process for each person can take up to an hour for each person, so please plan accordingly.

A	9:00 am to 9:30 am
B	9:30 am to 10:00 am
C	10:00 am to 10:30 am
D	10:30 am to 11:00 am
E and F	11:00 am to 11:30 am
G	11:30 am to 12:30 pm
H	12:30 pm to 1:00 pm
I through K	1:00 pm to 1:30 pm
L	1:30 pm to 2:00 pm
M	2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
N and O	3:00 pm to 3:30 pm
P and Q	3:30 pm to 4:00 pm
R	4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
S	4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
T through V	5:30 pm to 6:00 pm
W through Z	6:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Please make every effort to make the time we have scheduled for you.  If you are absolutely unable to attend at the time scheduled for you, please contact our office to schedule a new time.

Wha are CHK terms? How many acres are involved?
