Wish it was going up now and not in 6 years, I doubt this is going to help us out.

Definitely not going to hurt... In fact, I guarantee it will help us in negotiations.  This is the first multi-billion dollar ethane cracker to be built since 2000 in the USA... the sheer proposed placement indicates Shell believes there to be an enormous amount of wet liquids nearby and there is... >1350 BTU in our area within the Marcellus and Upper Devonian Shales per Range Resources on 2/21/12.
