As of 9/23/2011, Chesapeake Appalachia has filed for 175 permits in Brooke County and 0 in Hancock County... This means TIME is on OUR side to make sure that we get our FAIR market value for our signing bonuses and PROPER GROSS ROYALTY PERCENTAGES!

Todd, it is actually 38 total "well permits" for Chesapeake in Brooke. All the rest is for casing, plat, modifications, coal objection, ect.
