I have not signed a lease yet and my understanding is Chesapeake already has plans to drill on my neighbors land.  If I don't sign a lease is there anyway to be sure they are not taking gas I should be paid for?   I am wondering if I should sign a lease to be sure I get paid something rather then them taking it and getting nothing for it.  I mean can we really stop them from going horizontally under our land?
