I know that most people on this forum are not going to like what I have to say here, but you need to be aware of the problems that signing a lease for a pipeline or gas related station will have on others down the line. This issue in Monroe Township is very serious, and is effecting about 20 homes, people that are your neighbors and fellow Pennsylvanians. These problems are caused by too little regulation (Act 13) on where these stations are built.
