Wyoming County Fairgrounds

I live below the fairgrounds,all I know is that 3 wells are planned. Does anyone know the current status of these wells? And also has any estimate been given as to when the pipeline will be run to these wells. I am disabled and unable to attend any of the home owner's meetings.
