Does anyone have knowledge of Bounty Minerals, LLC ? According to recorded deeds in Mercer County they have purchased at least 15 properties in the last couple of months. I believe they are a Texas based company.

Permalink Reply by Gas heir on November 3, 2013 at 4:58pm Yes, I saw that on the recorder's site. But when I opened the documents, it appears that they are just buying mineral rights. It looks like they are paying around $4500 to $5000 an acre for the mineral deed. Some of the transactions are for just a portion of the landowners acreage. I got a letter from Paragon offering something similar.
