Beware of the oil and gas companies going direct with the landowners . The land mans I was dealing with is a FAT LIAR . I don't trust them as far as I can kick them ! Just remember we have held out this long so don't sign anything without a lawyer from out of the county to review the lease .

Remember who they are and what there goals are .
