Sun Oil?

I received a verbal offer from Sun oil. I am wondering if anyone on here has delt with them and how it went? Also I heard he was dealing with a big group in powhatan point. If you are a member of that group could you tell me what you've liked and not liked in reguards to Sun Oil. Have you sighned with them yet? Thanks

Yeah I heard they were in that range. If they get up to $3000 I'd be interested.

The offer I have from W******* was $1840 ($2000 minus 8% commission) and 14.75% royalty. I have a copy of that lease and addendum sheet.

So, I just finished a more comprohensive search of our man Donald Eugene Casto Sr. president of Sun Oil and Gas. Turns out he has numerous convictions of OVI, driving under suspension, and more importantly he was found guily in 1998 of passing bad checks. He was sent to jail on two diffrent occasions. All of this is verifiable from the Marietta municipal court. I wasn't able to get access to any common plea court records so if he was ever charged or convicted in anything more serious I don't know about it. However in light of this new info I found I am steering well away from him. It's ashame because I got his lease in the mail and I really liked it. Well, at least I got some good ammediums to include in the lease I do eventually sign.

Good work Thomas! I would also like to mention.....if you are approached by landmen representing Eclipse Energy....stay clear unless you have a lot of negotiating power. I received there lease Tuesday....let's just say there lease is very producer friendly without a thought of who they will be leasing from...I cannot wait to get the call from them to tell them to take a hike! :-)
