I put this discussion in the general discussion several weeks ago so will add it here as it does pertain to Noble County.  We have been approached by Blue Racer to put a pipe line through our property in Beaver Twp, Noble County.  We have given permission for the survey but have not yet talked about what they will pay per foot.  Has anybody in Noble County been contacted by them and have discussed the lease per foot?
