Have heard thea NCL which has a lot of ground held by production in Trumbull, Mahoning counties has sold Utica rights to Halco. Has anyone heard anything on this?

Permalink Reply by Jack on June 20, 2012 at 3:28pm Probably, though the hot spot is in Carroll county at the moment. CNX is drilling in Mahoning right now, so we'll know more about the economics of Mahoning county once there are more data points.

He was doing what we in the business call "guessing".
Permalink Reply by Jack on June 22, 2012 at 1:43am I've heard a few rumors that the area between 534 and 45 is supposed to be a hot area. Also heard that there will soon be 10 more permits issued for Mahoning County.
CHK has had a completed pad in that area for 6+ months. I'm curious as to what is taking them so long to develop that site.
