According to some rock-solid sources, this well went into production and had its first sale on September 19, 2012. This is one of three wells mentioned by Chesapeake in its November 1, 2012 quarterly statement to shareholders as being a "noteworthy" well.
Further, although individual royalty owners have not yet received division orders, it is my understanding that the Ohio County Commission has already received royalty payments (this unit encompasses a large portion of "The Highlands.")
