Wv mineral tax
Has anyone else got their new mineral appraisals ? My appraisal was 3 and 1/2 Times actual amount I received in royalties for 2017. 2018 is 5 Times the amount. This mineral tax is insane and a burden

Kris,
I recommend you contact the WV Auditor's Office, number is listed on the notification. They will be able to explain the increase and may shed light on a well that you were unaware of.
