We returned home from two years in South America to find a gas well 100 yards from the property line of our tiney homestead.  We have only a bit more than 1/2 acre.  Our well has been tested but that is the only communication we have ever had.  Do we have any rights?  Should we expect any communication?  Is there any Potter County group that knows what we should be doing?  I can almost throw a rock at the site from our back porch.  It is hard to believe this could happen.  Is there at least compensation?
