Know Anything About R&N Unit - Airport Rd/Gainer Hill? Update-New Info, What Do These Markers Mean?

Within the last 3 weeks a pad for R&N unit on Airport Rd near Gainer Hill Rd was started. My water was tested this time last year as a part of that, if I recall a map they showed me I'm right on line of the 1000' circle but my memory is hazy about that. Is there any way I can find out if my plot falls in the unit? No sense in getting hopes up if I'm too far away. If your water is tested does that mean you're in?

Thanks,

Bill

OK, the drilling rig has been pulled, a local resident says they're finished there but that last Sunday Chesapeake surveyors were all over the area and that and that he heard form them that 6 new wells were planned, right adjacent to my property and the future pad had been determined. I walked to the border of my land and there was a fresh stake in the ground on the next lot, red and blue ribbons on it, with the inscription, from top tp botto, C. E. C. Point 16. A little closer to Airport Rd was another saying C. E. C. Point 15. Nearby were two more, one on each side of Airport Ed saying Connell Pipeline. Further, on the border of this lot and mine there is a wood lot I often hunt so I know it well, no pun intended. Every large tree within sight was marked with a blob of pink/red, whatever. I assume they'll be removed and the pad put there.

Any further info on this by anyone here would be appreciated. BTW, the first well I saw out here, along Overton Rd outside of Dushore, is being fracked, either that out someone has decided to park a huge number of liquid bearinf trucks on site.

Water testing may or may not indicate inclusion in a unit.  Go to the courthouse and check to see if any unit declarations has been filed on your property.  If it has you will find a document and a map of the lease indicating the direction and details of the bore hole.  It may also include total acreage and acreage from all plots included in the unit.  You could also go on LANDEX online and search you property.  JY
