Keith,

The only activity I saw this past week was a permit to Chesapeake for E&S Stormwater. See below

No I don't. I am less than 8000 feet from there so I am also keeping an eye on it.

Have you been contacted by Chesapeake or signed with anyone yet? I heard RedSky sent out 1000 letters last week to all those not signed yet. We are in negociations right now with Chesapeake thru Redsky. Since we have a small acreage (11acres) we are trying for a non-surface lease, so Clean and Green doesn't nail us...

We signed with Chesapeake back in the fall. We have about 25 acres probably about the same distance as you east. Interesting. We had somebody try to buy the mineral rights.
