Hello - Looking for the same.  We have 30 acres in the Choconut area with a great house and view.

Looking to sell without mineral rights.  We previously dealt with the local Century 21 office in Montrose and were underwhelmed to say the least.

Hi Finn. Our listing contract with C21 is over. We are in the process of listing with Lewith & Freeman out of Clark's Summit. The agent we have been in contact with is Lori Jewett. We are in Kingsley with 30 acres...home was built in 2005. Beautiful views. Never planned on moving but currently commuting over a hour each way to work.

I tried contacting an agent a few months ago and was really pressed to sell with the gas rights. I am considering that now but would also like to get some recommendations on other agents in the area
