Landex "notice"

Does anyone know what it means when someone is recorded on Landex/remote as receiving "notice"..I heard a well is going on that property..Does "notice" mean just that?

The notices that I have seen in Morris Twp. & Union Twp. have been notice of payment for the second 5 years of a lease.  These were all from Anadarko.  They list the original lease date, state the option to extend and then indicate the amount paid for the extension.

Do you know Cindy, if those included the ones from Jim Bourbar (who was a landsman for Anadarko, five years ago) ?
