Permalink Reply by MJ on October 16, 2013 at 3:43pm I am bringing this post forward in light of another newer post about the color of the flare. Notice the darker yellow flame? This is evidence of Natural Gas (blue flame) poluted with impurities. Could it be NGL's or "wet gas" or light oil. I have seen this same color in all of the flares in Trumbull - Mercer. Anyone know for sure what this means?
