I have a few decent sized mineral tracts in Trumbull and couple surrounding counties, I'm looking for a smaller land group to lease with, rather than the ALOVS and other large ones out there. Anyone have any leads or know of anyone running something anywhere around  2,000-10,000 acres? Thanks in advance for any information pertaining to this. Good luck to everyone out there. -Russ

Russ,  I would be interested in talking with you regarding small land groups. I currenlty work with indiviuals and small group, helping them obtain good landowner leases for their property.  I would be happy to talk with you about your mineral tracts.  Please feel free to contact me at 330-303-8245.   Thank you for your time.

Russell,

I am familiar with small group collectives as well

Send info as to size of Parcels in each county you have property.

Thanks for now.

I'm in Columbiana county and also interested in joining a smaller scale land group. Are there still good leasing options out there?  The lawyers we've worked with are being so cautionary and have not been able to negotiate better terms since last November's terms in this area. It's extremely frustrating especially with all the stuff I'm hearing lately about companies pulling away, CHK lowering their offers, other landowners signing because they don't want to get left out, etc.

Heather A,

Contact me via email for review of options. Mention your location and approx acreage. Thanks

A couple of you seem to know about the area. From the maps I've seen, the east ohio play seem to extend through parts of wood and pleasants county WV. Does anyone know if that area is being looked at for development? I have a few thousand partial or full interests in acres right over top of the maps boundries for the utica.

Send locations & acreage per location & I will research for you.

These guys are trying to put a group together. They have about 2,000 acres signed up in Trumbull and Ashtabula right now. Go to this webpage for more information:

They are focusing on quality of acreage instead of sheer quantity.
