if i signed a lease that doesnt mean they will drill, right? or is it usually a good chance that they will. I live on 416 right at Goshen in new philadelphia. I didnt know if anybody has heard anything or when they hold meetings and where

The smallest Drilling Unit that I know of is only 125 acres. It is in Columbiana County. The pad is being created now.

So, that means 85% of the landowners will become eligible for a 2nd term. Do a very high percentage of those landowner get paid for a second term?
