Consolidated Coal

Is Consol actively drilling in Tyler County? My wife has interest in several wells currently operated by Consol but can't find out if there's any activity. We've heard charges of some producers drilling and producing from underlying Marcellus and not informing lease holders. Don't know if this is true.

WVDEP is so out of date that it is almost useless.
