We have negotiate 2 leases in the last few months, one of which was in excess of $3000 per acre. You should research for a local lawyer who knows the value of the property.
Permalink Reply by Bob Donaghy on March 18, 2013 at 6:30am That is the worst current offer I am aware of. Two offers I have seen this year were $3000/16% and $2500/15.625%. Both offers were standard 5 year oil/gas company contracts with limited amendments.
