Just was curious to hear of any activity going on in Venango county. Anything from talks of leasing, to actually signing on the line of a lease.
What have the offers been for potential leases? Any good addendums you were able to negotiate?
Has anyone heard how the completion went for the Seneca Resources well?
Hopefully 2012 will hold a lot more activity for this industry founding area.

Has anyone heard about the results of the first Seneca well in SGL 39??
Does anyone know if the results from this well become public informaton at some point?
I don't think they have to make anything public until after a well goes into production and that would be the amount of gas and/or fluids. I think that is due six months after production begins. The DEP publishes that every six months.
Does anyone know about the Marcellus Shale Law Group? They had a seminar last week in Clintonville, and they are having a meeting tonight in Oil City. Just wondering whether they are legitimate. Anyone on here using them?

Did anyone attend said meeting? Any info on MSLG?
To a husband/wife you will hate almost immediately...
That sounds like a logical move.
I agree Mark. I think it is time to be patient and let the dust settle. Hopefully, wells will be started this summer. Does anyone have any info on Cranberry Township being a dry or a wet gas area? What implications would wet gas have? Thanks!
M & P Law has a meeting set for a new landowner group Wed the 15th of Feb at the Franklin Holiday Inn at 6:30 PM. If you have a lease and think it may not cover the Utica, bring it with you, the attorneys will look it over

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
