where is gmpas property? shallow or deep     real company or a aggregator?

The property is located in Richland Twp. Less than a mile to the clarion county line.  He did not have time, or much interest in what the guy was slinging, so i do not know if he was buying to drill or just flip.

I am trying to find someone to lease my shallow gas and oil not finding much honesty

Union Land wants the shallow o&g 500 feet thru the tully limestone last time I checked that was marcellus.....
