500a/12.5%/5years range resources is also in the oil city area. no idea of what they are offering.

Just for sake of clarification - I'm assuming it's not $500/year like some of ECXO's offers in Clearfield County?

i don't know what range is offering,but $500 is a ridiculously low offer in todays market.in clearfield county the btu of the gas is appox. 1020 per mcf, which is good pipeline quality gas,at $4.00/mcf and no hydrates to sell from from the stripping process means less profit for the production company.

Agreed $500/yr is too low in Clearfield I was just clarifying payment frequency. I've seen $750/yr there. What have you seen?

My Name is Terry Schmader, we are living in Colorado now but still have 1`00 acres of OGM's at the corner of HWY 157 and Sawtown rd. The Speachly well is on the cornor of our rights.

What township would your OGMs be located in? I am interested in finding owners with rights in proximity to our 600+ OGMs in Pinegrove Twp.

i'am in cranberry township, appox. 7 miles from coal hill. however i have friends in pinegrove township looking to lease.
