Yes, that is generally what it means.  I never heard the hell phrase, however.  There are ways to limit this general grant of your mineral rights, but the gas company is not going to offer it to you on its own.  You have to at least ask for it before it will even be considered.

isn't that the for hire group?

do they charge a percentage of upfront money and a percentage of the royalty?

do they have a actual lease or is it a option lease

 a time frame to tie you up then extend  extend extend

I thought I heard these organizers had a few lawsuits due to there actions........

Dinner for 4, $100 or Dinner for 4 with wine, $150, dinner with Jim, priceless.

I guess dinner doesn't include appetizers, does include the cheapest magnum of white zinfandel, and certainly the server is getting screwed on a tip.

go pjack they tell you how bad a landowners group who want little money. They say they got to much acrerage to sell.  Then they get a bull crap lease and energy company will say why did you give the money away.

diamond Jim? wonder what your response was to ....... I'm in--------- , and I signed in Oct., but then signed for the extension in Dec. Supposed to be paid by April 15th. My question is: I was under the impression that we would get some kind of services( tax planning, etc.)  for the $250.00 fee. I know they are having meetings with ---this week, but unfortunately, Tuesday evenings are already filled up for me. Are they going to offer additional meetings or was it a one time thing?  If something goes wrong with the lease restrictions, would MOPAW represent this group or would we have to pay for their services again? WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
