Thoughts on the proposal offered to the landowners group last night in Franklin?

Just wondering if anyone out there attended the landowners meeting in Franklin last night and what they thought of the offer?

Does anyone know what other offers are out there? Are more companies coming in eventually or with gas prices down, etc., will it be awhile?
