Washington County / Liberty TWP 70 Acre lease

I leased my 72 acres with PDC 5+ years ago. The least has expired and there seems to be no interest from PDC in re-newing. What are my next steps? Do I need to take some action to get the property released from the original lease agreement? Are there any companies leasing property in my area currently?

no leases seem to be getting renued.will need to send a release of oil 

and

gas lease
