Anybody hear anything with regards to APEX Energy supposedly developing the Marcellus from 8 well pads in Penn Twp., Westmoreland Co.?  I know of three proposed / potential locations, but do not know where the other 5 may be.  Also, as far as I know, the township has not developed / finalized a drilling ordinance as of yet - they are still working on their zoning.  Any news would be appreciated.  Thanks!
