Yes, Williams is drilling Skacel and McBroom. I believe there are six wells being permitted on McBroom right now. I receive email updates from DEP concerning all permits for Derry Twp and I don't recall seeing any permits on a Malnofsky's property.

thanks for the update....we have 26 acres on Hunter Road and haven't leased yet....do you know anything about Western Pennsylvania Gas Leasing Consultants, LLC from Greensburg?

Do you have a name of an attorney in the Western PA Gas Leasing Consultants? I may know of them. Where is Hunter Road? I'm suprised you are not leased yet. Have you been approached by Williams?
I am in a unit of eight wells and three have just been put into production so I'm counting down the time until royalties.
If you have any questions about leasing, I have some contact names at Williams and I'll be glad to answer any questions about recommended addendums.

carol....Hunter road is off Pizza Barn road..between 982 and 217.....the consultants are with the law firm The Law Offices of Loughran, Mlakar & Bilik.  We were actively pursued a year or so ago..but we don't live full time on the property and just didn't focus....did you use an attorney? I'd appreciate the names of the williams contacts...better late than never I guess?

I am really suprised that they (Williams landman) didn't push for you to sign since your property is in that area.
Ed Bilik (from Loughran, Mlakar, and Bilik) was my attorney and I highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and he knows what addendums you should have in your lease. He seems to have a large number of clients in our area so he knows what others have received.

thank you so much....Penn Natural Resources signed everyone near us....and two firms did try....hard.....to get us to sign..just didn't focus on it at the time...do you know about Penn Natural Resources?  Assume they assigned their leases to williams

So far in that immediate area of Pizza barn rd, after the two Frye horizontals, Williams has wells 2h, 4h, and 6h permitted on the McBroom pad....and 5h - 8h on the Skacel pad. I haven't heard any future plans after that, but they will definitely be drilling more. I am not familiar with Penn Natural resources. Williams and their affiliates have been great to work with. Keep us updated on your progress.

Do you own that small farm on Hunter Road that has a newer barn and doublewide on it?  I've been trying to find out who owns that and if it's for sale?

It sounds like the newest well pad is going to be somewhere on Hunter Road according to Brian's description below.

no....we have the old hunter farm.....red brick farmhouse with wrap around porch....grey outbuilding....don't know the one you're referring to....are you looking for a place?
