Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about Williams/Rex plans after the Uschak wells in Derry Township?  Does anyone know where the next wells are planned?

Heard the word that WILLIAMS will be drilling off Pandora Rd and Off Rt 217. I have talk many of times with the landman for Williams, I leased with them, done my research, great company and will be drilling platforms. Williams has the technology that alot of other companies don't have. check them out at www.Williams.com
Is Bruce the landman that you talk to? That's who I dealt with for my lease.
Where is the well supposed to be off of Pandora Road? Williams has applied for five more permits for the Marco-Androstric unit and three have already been approved. I saw they also have a permit pending for National Metals East which I believe is on Pittsburgh Street below New Derry.
No , Bruce is one of the landman, the guy I talk to is Nick Criado, he is leasing alot up around Pandora and Rt 217, he said wellsite will be placed on Roger Frye parcel, its called the Frye unit. the unit of Pandora is called the National Metals Unit South. Nick knows his stuff, been a landman for 13yrs. I talk to him all the time, he will answer any questions you need.
Bruce and Nick? Wasn't there one named Tim? What happened to him?
I never heard of landman Tim - there was a Troy working on the pipelines. Maybe Tim wasn't over our way. Where is your farm? Are you in a unit yet?
No. We were negotiating with Tim, haven't heard back from him in a while... starting to wonder if we need to find another Williams landman to finish negotiating a lease with. We're over toward Brenizer, kind of... well, just about smack between the Eaglehouse/Panizzi unit and village of Brenizer
Justin,
Have you heard anything about Williams bringing in a second rig to Derry Township? They have a total of 12 permits approved and/or pending in Derry Twp. That seems like a lot for one rig.
Justin - do you have any idea where they are getting these "National Metals" names for the well sites? Are you in that unit?
I've heard Nick's name - I think he's a member on this site. I've only had to deal with Bruce though.
If you get any more updates in our area, please post the information. I've only found one other person, on this website, in our area who seems really interested in the Marcellus Shale and drilling plans in Derry.
Carol - Yes I am in the National Metals unit, I will also keep everybody up to date, I call Nick about every week, we talk all the time, he is a very big help. There is a parcel up by Doris Marco that the company National Metals owns, I guess that is where they got that name.
Justin,
I'm confused - where is the National Metals unit that you are in? I'm in the Androstic Marco unit and that small lot owned by National Metals is in my unit. The other National Metals property that I know of is in "lower" Superior bordering the Ankeny farm.
Ask Nick about the second rig the next time you talk to him. Maybe he knows something. I was talking to Bruce every week but haven't really had a reason to call him lately.
If you call Williams at 1-800-945-5426 and speak to Terry Hester, he could probably tell you which landman to contact. Terry is the Williams contact person for Westmoreland County landowners.
