Any updates for leases?
Bought a cabin in Tioga and the OGM's were transferred to me at the sale. I did get a confirmation letter from the gas company with them updating their records of ownership and they sent a letter of intent to renew the lease. I am just hoping they renew the lease at the amount the last 5 year lease…

Average price paid for pad site on your property ?
If you have a pad on your property - What is average price paid ? I have heard last year one family in NE Tioga got 30K and another 15K. Cut those in half for taxes. Is it really worth price paid ? Also how many well heads on the pad ? Thanks in adv

Shell has completed drilling a new well last week in Shippen Township. RE: Houck 433-2HIt is believed they drilled down to the Utica formation below the Marcellus formation they drilled at 433-1H.Does anyone have any indication on how successful they were?
