Lease offer in Harrison.

Have been approached to update an existing lease to include deep mineral rights. Can someone give me a sense of what the current market is for both signing bonus and royalty?

Hi Tom. I was wondering if you ever recieved an offer. We were just offered $400 an acre @ 12-1/2% royalty to amend an old lease.
