I'd contact Rick Lindhome (ricklindhome@yahoo.com) as he's bought oil and gas rights in that area for years and knows the market. I assume you're under lease to Shell, although it could be Tenaska in one part of the township. That area isn't looking good these days since the State owns so much and they won't lease. But I would expect Rick to make you a fair offer. Hope this works out for you.
