- I have 94 acres leased to Range at this time and my current lease is up Dec 2020, trying to keep up with the current condition of the drilling in the Beaver area, I live in Raccoon Twp, not hearing too much going on yet. Also trying to figure good price per acre to get for next lease renewal. Landman trying to renew now and offered 2500 per acre with 17% not sure if this is low ball at this time or not, still have time on current lease, but land man is trying to get lease signed soon

Brad said… - I have a friend who has only 2 acres he got 2000 17%I. I recommend you get a good oil & gas attorney they do not receive any money till you get yours but they charge around 5%.My friend lives in raccoon also.
