- The way these so called "Landowner Groups" are structured.. there's no way I'll join one other than to signup. I will NOT Commit to one UNLESS I SEE A CONTRACT .. and the contract MUST BE IN FAVOR OF THE LANDOWNERS.
These so called attorneys and lease "experts" have only one thing in mind........ YOUR MONEY!
So far I've only viewed one contract in favor of the landowner.. and that is the Smith-Goshen-Contract. The rest of them have been heavily in favor of the OIL COMPANY and as Always.. the Attorneys profit at our expense.
In other words.. anyone joining a group led by an Attorney.. where the Attorney is motivated by MONEY .. well.. it's a no brainer!
The UTICA has OIL .. it's a no brainer.. they're not after the thin Marcellus.. it's only 25 feet thick.. they're after the UTICA and the OIL it contains in a layer 400 feet thick.
Your land is Valuable.. first sign of a crooked negotiator is they'll try to talk your land down by saying "there's only Dry Gas here"
Fact is true.. these Profit Driven Attorney Led "Landowner Groups" are led by Attorneys who are FULL OF DRY GAS and HOT AIR.
