HI David,  Otis and Pearl Spencer Seckman are both paternal great uncle and aunt by blood.  Otis is a brother to my grandfather, Cash Seckman, and Pearl a sister to my grandmother, Emma Spencer.  Which Spencer are you decended from?  Looks like you've had comments with my dad, Jack Seckman too.
