- I was called and offered some money from a company out of OK over a year ago. I turned them down because I am not interested. But all of a sudden, my neighbor, has decided to start a property line dispute with me. My property has been in my family since around 1964. Suddenly he believes he owns some of it and has been putting property line markers down on the property. I was just wondering if the mineral rights in this area may have something to do with his sudden change? And he has even gone so far as to have a "friend" survey the property in his favor. He also claims to work for a engineering company who does geological surveys. In truth, he does not work for this compnay that he claims. Any information would be helpful.
