hope you survived the winter ok. as of jan 1 we are now a s corp but we need to work out a few things on taxes. talked to melissa on march 7 she said they are not doing any drilling in the near future but have been looking at our ground whatever that means. if you don't mind i would like ask you a few question about leasing and heirs if you don't mind would you give me a call at your convenience my home phone no is 814-944-6333

hi eric our camp is going to file for s-corp but we can't file for it until jan 1 2014 i will keep you informed on our progress

i also put a feeler out to see what ground is selling for in our area just curious but if the price was right who knows talk to you soon.

Good Morning Eric!  I've been talking to an attorney and  a CPA from State College and they informed us the best way to go would be to form an S Corp. instead of LLC.   I'm wondering what your opinion is on this.  Do you know or have you heard anything about S Corp?

i was looking on goggle earth and i found robins run trail its just west of lebo rd.there's a staging area and it''s off rt.44 on the south side. as the crow fly's it looks fairly close to our ground.

thanks for the plats copied all of them and will keep them for future reference. robins run seems pretty far away from our ground i thought they drilled closer with other wells but I'm probably wrong.

good morning talked with melissa this morning she seems like a very nice person. she couldn't give me a time frame when they will be drilling in our area again but it sounds promising. she said that she is keeping an eye own our ground she has been in negotiation with the state on acreage off of robbins run trail off rt. 44 coudersport pike which is south of us they will not let them put a pad or do surface damage. i suggested they could use our ground for a pad and she was very receptive to that idea. she said that when she has more positive information she will e-mail me.thats where we stand now.where is robbins run trail.
