We signed a lease a year and a half ago and things continue to progress with the first well permitted east of Dushore. Read as much as you can, but I recommend having a lawyer review any lease offer you are contemplating. We were part of a landowners group for our lease, so we felt we got the best terms we could at the time. Things are very fluid in this Marcellus Shale play, but there is already a lot of money invested and large companies are posturing for their pieces.
