Debra Pennell heere. Signed with Rice in Nov. 90 day period has come and gone. I am a mineral owner in greene county with my sisters and cousins. Have been getting phone calls from landowners in Pa wondering if we have heard from Rice. Their response is issues with the titles and looking for more heirs. There are no more heirs we know our ancestry well. Landowners are becoming inpatient and want to pull out. One is willing to wait but not forever. No one has seen a cent. I really dont want to pull out and start this all over again. We think they are stalling and dont want to pay. Any suggestions? Thanks. Sincerely, Debra Pennell
