Introduce Yourself
We own 122+ acres in Licking County near Utica, Ohio, only 20 acres of which are leased to Knox Energy for one producing "Clinton" well. We also own 12+ acres in Washington County, Ohio. It is adjacent to Newport and is unleased. Our interest is in obtaining a reasonably attractive lease - in terms of monetary, environmental, legal, and cooperativeness matters. We currently do not belong to a landowner group and do not oppose "deep" wells.
