Hello Julie,  i know people that leased last year on halleck road.  the Chesapeake Reliance minerals Well unit runs over , one property or so, from the triune Fire Dept.  the going lease offer was $1000 & 15%  , no Extensions , no injection wells, usually the first offer ,the 12.5%  where they start. see if you will go for it ,  plus remember with deductions cost you will drop another 1.5 % or so   if you hold out and ask for the higher % they will usually bump it up. they are leasing up all of Clinton District if you go to the Monongalia County Clerk., search Chesapeake from say from  June of 2010,  you will see all the leases in Clinton District.  you will see Chesapeake has a lot of interest in the area ,you might ask your neighbors if they have signed or had offers .

as far as being fair deal , thats a decision you will have to make,  that is why everyone should have as mutch info as possible,  everyone has different cicumstances.. in the end only you can sign it .  Good Luck .. Anyone else know of some leasing Bonus and Royalty Please post It
