Atlas is currently drilling a large parcel with about 15 wells projected near me but I have been contacted by Chesapeake by mail. Would signing a lease with a different company than my neighbors be a mistake? I have heard leases ranging form $300 to $8000 per acre for 5 year leases. How do you find out the facts?
