Hi Rick . I haven't gotten my Utica check. It was due by tomorrow. I recently called rice for an update They said they would call me right back, but never did. I have given them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but now I'm not so sure about them. You were put in a unit , so I'm sure you'll get a fight from them if you re- lease. I don't know of kinetic energy... Did you find them or did they find you? Are they offering anything like the old leases?

i noticed today that a right of way agreement was recorded this month for two of the denny tracts. i wonder if this means something is happening regarding a possible well there soon. i hope they put together a unit soon.
