We have a couple companies expressing interest in leasing the mineral rights to our property in Monroe County OH, (about 40 acres total) One has already sent a full lease offer and memorandum (as well as a non-surface addendum I requested); with the other I've only spoken to a landman/rep on the phone so far, and am waiting on their offer, hopefully within the coming week. What are your fees associated with review of such a lease(s) and advising on any recommended additions or changes? Can you work with documents transmitted digitally (in pdf form)?
