Hi Ruth, Glad to be friends. What's your situation? Leased vs. unleased, with who etc. I'm in Elkland twp with a small unleased parcel. Currently negotiating with Chief to be part of a new well they haven't even filed a permit for. This is my 4rth attempt to get leased under decent terms.
