- Thought we had a final deal with Shell, last Oct. 2011, Then in May, 2012, after not paying bonus, said we were out of their area of interest. But on May 25th, 2012, Shell now stated, that if part of the original signing group, that Shell will honor all good leases. We are! Our lease was sent back to us in early May, 5/29/12: Holland said a new draft would be written, but they have not responded since 5/29/12. No response from Attorney in charge of landowner's group, shell Oil Co, since May 25, 2012. Anyone else having this issue, or did others organize a group with a different attorney? looking for answers & help!
